When Santa needs some extra reindeer to help pull his sleigh - he knows where to come. The herd at Cannon Hall Farm, being cared for by the Reindeer Ranger Elves are busy preparing for their special Christmas Eve journey.
See our real reindeer, discover their secrets and journey through brand-new Santa Lodge filled with twinkling touches, Christmas cheer and wonder, before the moment you’ve been waiting for; a magical visit with Santa himself.
Join us for an unforgettable adventure full of festive cheer as you see Santa in style then take a magical key and visit our Toy Factory Elves who are hard at work preparing for Christmas Eve.
Your experience in the Toy Factory will allow children to choose any gift they like and will include plenty of opportunities to take some elfie selfies and spread the festive cheer.
You can supercharge your Christmas visit with an astounding VR experience - jump on board Santa’s Sleigh for an intrepid journey on a trial flight around the world. Hold onto your hats and antlers as the sleigh tilts forwards, backwards and side to side, providing a full 360 degree experience with VR headsets creating a truly festive feast for the eyes.
And you can even enjoy a sweet treat - with some toasted marshmallows.
Age Guidance: This event has been designed to appeal for children of all ages.
Any under two wishing to meet Santa, have a photograph and receive a gift must purchase the paid-for ticket to access the event.
Under twos who are accompanying older siblings (and not taking part in the experience) may purchase a free ticket, but these free tickets do not include any interaction in the event.

In your free time you can write a letter to Santa with our letter-writing elves, and enjoy everything else the farm has to offer - our farmyard, restaurants, incredible play areas, reptile and mammal house plus our soft play centre.
