We won’t let the rain spoil your day. If the weather isn’t behaving and our rainy day guarantee is triggered, you can return for a free like for like visit.
Our rainy day guarantee only applies to pre-booked tickets that have been redeemed.
If you have pre-purchased your ticket make sure you still visit to enjoy our weather-proof activities and return for another visit free of charge.

How do I know the rainy day guarantee is activated?
When you book your farm tickets, you will see our rainy day guarantee icon to indicate if your visit is covered by this guarantee or not.
How is it decided what is a rainy day?
A rainy day is called if there is more than 5mm of rainfall at Cannon Hall Farm, using a rain gauge on site. 5mm rainfall applies to rainfall onsite captured in our operational hours between 10am and 6pm and will be monitored by the Cannon Hall Farm team.
Which tickets qualify?
A free return ticket is only offered to qualifying PAID tickets - free tickets such as under twos, carers or free max card promotional tickets do not qualify.
What would disqualify me from receiving the rainy day return visit?
Any ticket that has not been redeemed ie. the visit has not been completed, would not qualify for the rainy day guarantee.
Are there any limitations on when I can use my free return visit?
Your free return tickets are valid on standard farm admission only and must be used within 30 days. You must follow the steps on the email to redeem the passes in to a passport account.

Terms and Conditions
- Rainy Day Guarantee only applies to tickets bought online in advance which shows the Rainy Day Guarantee Icon.
- 5mm rainfall applies to rainfall onsite captured in our operational hours and will be monitored by the Cannon Hall Farm team.
- Cannon Hall Farm's decision is final.
- 5mm of rainfall must occur during farm opening hours.
- The Rainy Day Guarantee return visit must be used within 30 days of the original visit date.
- Return visits must be booked in advance.
- A pass does not equal a booking. It must be correctly redeemed and booked.
- The free return visit does not apply to any school, group or birthday party visit or any special event ticket. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Cannon Hall Farm may change the offer at any point.
- No refunds are given if the rainy-day ticket value is less than the original visit and cannot be part redeemed against a higher priced ticket.
- Excludes Pumpkins, Fireworks or Santa events.
- The return date is dependent on a return ticket being available on the chosen date to visit, where tickets are sold out, another date will need to be chosen.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Tickets can only be used by the original ticket holder.
- The Rainy-Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
